Complete, high performance IMU sensor synchronised with EMG

WaveTrack IMU sensors: a natural complement to any modern wireless EMG solution

More than just EMG

Thanks to years of experience in transmission protocols and miniaturization, in 2015 we have released the smallest wireless IMU transmitter in the world, with several outstanding features that make it absolutely unique. WaveTrack, the original inertial solution, now has improved transmission and battery life:

  • 70 or 140 Hz of fused data (quaternions) with 9 Dof
  • 140 or 280 Hz of fused data (quaternions) with 6 Dof (highest in the market)
  • 280 Hz of raw data (accelerometers, gyroscope, magnetometer)
  • Same sampling frequency for any number of channels

Features

The WaveTrack inertial sensor comes with stamped channel numbers and axis direction for the most user friendly experience. WaveTrack is available as an accessory of Wave Plus system, as well as with its own custom receiver and charger.

  • 8 hours battery life
  • 9.8 grams of weight
  • Inductive recharge
  • 3D model synched with video
  • 40 meters range

Fixed delay

All our EMG systems have been developed in order to have a fixed delay from the acquisition of the signal to the analog output.

Diversity receiver

The «Diversity Mode» technology used by our EMG systems minimizes the effect of wave reflections from walls or objects.

Impedance check

Exclusive system developed by Cometa that automatically checks the impedance of the skin during the pre-acquisition phase.

Inductive charge

The inductive recharge technique for EMG and inertial transmitter has been develop by Cometa and has been used in all our systems since 2005.

Software

Wave Track is compatible with Wave Plus receivers, which makes it fully compatible with EMG and Motion Tools acquisition software, and with our complete .NET SDK.
